All Sales Are Final
Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we accept returns under the conditions listed below.
Eligible Returns

- Product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Eligible Returns
- Opened or used products.
- Products with tampered seals.
- Dissatisfaction based on personal results.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be replaced with the correct product at no additional cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days after inspection.
Proof Requirement
All claims must include the following:
- Clear photos of the product.
- An unboxing video showing the issue.
Shipping
- Return shipping is covered only if the error is from our side.
- Otherwise, the customer bears the shipping cost.
